Lucas has developed a series of machines equipped for forming and sealing rubber gaskets on fittings.
The last version of this machine is supplied with main working units with electronic control of stroke by “brushless” motor and guiding by recirculating balls screws.
In this way, Lucas provides a high and especially reduces consistently the set-up time. The operator has just to recall the program and to replace the expansion equipment for clamping the piece.
The machine usually works pipes from 80 to 1200 mm of diameter and it has been designed for quick set-up and cycle time.
