Lucas has developed a complete line for trimming and beading heads of liquid tanks (water or petrol) and expansion vessels.
The entire line is fully-automated and does not require the presence of an operator thanks to the complete control of all operations ensured by the use of PLC.
The scrap ejection  is controlled by PLC, a  three-arms rotary system loads and unloads the pieces, and conveyor belts move both the finished product and the scrap.
The line is proposed as indispensable for the completion of operations after drawing, and can be equipped to perform a wide range of machining.
