The VBH flanging machine model offers the perfect balance between ease of use and performance.  VBH in fact guarantees quick size change and easy programming of the cycle, with the added advantage of being able to perform in a single clamping of the workpiece not only the roller flanging but also punching and additional stiffening forming on the straight or rounded (curled) flange. The distinctive features are quick set-up thanks to the automatic positioning of the units with servo motors, the touch screen control panel for management of the work sequences and the motorised spindle by means of geared motor and inverter.
 
ROTOR 3  DUCT FLANGING PUNCHING MACHINE
 
Specially designed for the construction of the outer frame of axial fans and ventilation ducts, the Rotor 3 flanging punching machine is a hydraulic control machine with integrated control unit, heat exchanger and piston pump.  Unlike other solutions of this kind, the Rotor 3 is managed by a PLC and has CN punching and alignment of punches by means of laser projector. A unique machine for those seeking ease of use and quality of the final result.
 
DOUBLE HEAD FORMING MACHINE 3/2000
 
The double head forming machine 3/2000 is in the same way able to perform forming, ribbing and curling operations.  The machine is able to work both sides of a pipe and can be supplied complete with automatic workpiece loading/unloading or with interface preparation. Like all machines supplied by Lucas, the double head forming machine 3/2000 is supplied with a 1 year warranty and customised service worldwide.
