The Lucas catalogue includes two models of beading machines for sheet metal. We are referring to the VBH model pipe flanging and punching machine and the Rotor 3 model pipe flanging and punching machine.
There are two sheet metal flanging machines with different characteristics, with the common feature of the high ease of use guaranteed, among other aspects, by the touch screen control panel that manages the work sequences. What distinguishes the
two solutions are the increased flexibility of the VBH (the ability to achieve rounded edges, bellmouth, flanging starting from a sheet metal ring, not only ferrules), the set-up time (reduced on VBH thanks to the use of servomotors) and the speed (higher
